Form of Antibody:HRP-labeled Goat IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl.
Storage/Stability:Store at -20℃/1 year
Immunogen:The antiserum was developed in goat using the rabbit IgG as the immunogen.
Purification:The antibody is obtained by affinity purified technique, which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for rabbit IgG. Goat anti-rabbit IgG is conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by Wilson MB and Nakane PK.
Specificity/Sensitivity:The antibody conjugate is specific for rabbit IgG. No cross-reactivity was observed with rabbit IgA, IgM proteins by ELISA.
Applications:ELISA : 1:5000~1:20000, WB : 1:5000~1:10000, IHC 1:1000~5000
